You craft Mythic Uniques in Diablo 4 by salvaging extra Mythic Uniques into Resplendent Sparks, then spending 2 Sparks at the Blacksmith for a random Mythic Unique cache or at the Jeweler for a specific Mythic Unique if you also have the required Legendary Runes and, in some cases, Vessel of Hatred access.

How it works

  1. Get Resplendent Sparks by salvaging Mythic Uniques, clearing your first Tormented Boss of the season, defeating Uber Lilith for the first time, or finishing the Season Journey reward track.
  1. Take 2 Resplendent Sparks to the Blacksmith if you want a random Mythic Unique cache; this also costs 50,000,000 gold.
  1. Use the Jeweler’s Rune Crafting tab if you want to target a specific Mythic Unique; this requires 2 Resplendent Sparks plus the needed Legendary Runes, and some guides note Vessel of Hatred is required for this route.

Best farming route

The most efficient path is usually to farm higher-end bosses, especially Tormented or Greater Lair Bosses, because they have the best Mythic drop chances and can also help you build up extra Sparks from unwanted drops.

Some newer guides also point to Belial, Duriel, Andariel, and the Harbinger of Hatred as strong targets for Mythic farming, with Belial described as having the highest chance among those boss options in one Season 13 guide.

If you only need one Mythic and do not care which one, the Blacksmith cache is the simplest route; if you are chasing a specific item, Rune crafting is the better long-term plan.

Tiny example

If you salvage one Mythic Unique, defeat your first Tormented Boss, and finish the Season Journey spark reward, you could reach 2 Sparks and then either gamble for a random Mythic at the Blacksmith or save up the right Runes to target-craft a specific one at the Jeweler.

TL;DR
