To delete a catalog in GoSpotCheck, open the portal, go to In Person , then Catalogs , choose the catalog, select Edit , and click Remove followed by Delete. Deleting the catalog does not delete the products inside it, and in the updated portal there may be only one all-products catalog that can’t be deleted.

What to check

  • If you still see Catalogs under In Person , you’re likely using the original portal layout, and the delete option should be available there.
  • If the updated portal is enabled and Catalogs no longer appears under In Person , that catalog structure can’t be deleted from the UI.
  • In that newer setup, you may need to delete individual products or categories instead.

Steps

  1. Log in to the portal.
  1. Select In Person.
  1. Select Catalogs.
  1. Open the catalog you want to remove.
  1. Click Edit next to the catalog name.
  1. Select Remove , then confirm with Delete.

Important note

If your goal is to remove items from a catalog rather than delete the whole catalog, that is a separate action and may be handled through item-level edits instead.

TL;DR: In the old portal, go to In Person > Catalogs > Edit > Remove > Delete; in the updated portal, the single catalog may not be deletable.
