To disable touch blocks in JJS, use the volume key combo : press one volume key, then quickly press the other, and release both together. That turns off the touch-lock feature and restores normal touch input.

A few related notes:

  • You can also disable it by using the same Jieshuo command/shortcut that turned it on, if you assigned one.
  • Another option is turning the screen reader off and back on, which also removes the lock-touch state.
  • This is different from “prevent accidental touches,” which is a separate setting.

Quick steps

  1. Press volume up and volume down in quick succession.
  2. Release both keys together.
  3. Check that touch input works again.

If it still stays blocked

If the screen is still locked, try the voice assistant method or toggle the screen reader off/on.
