You can’t downgrade a house in Work at a Pizza Place / Pizza Place on Roblox. The house system upgrades upward only, and the wiki says houses can be upgraded “but not downgraded.”

What you can do instead

  • Keep the bigger house and ignore it.
  • Buy a second house slot later, once you’ve fully upgraded to an Estate.
  • Use the newer house styles like the Modern House path if you want a different look.

How house progression works

The usual path goes from Shack to Tiny, Small, Medium, Large, Two-Story, Three-Story, Backyard, Basement, Mansion, and Estate.

Once you reach the Estate, you can unlock a second house slot and start a new house there.

If you wanted a smaller home

The only practical option is to start a fresh house in another slot after unlocking it, since there is no in-game downgrade button.

In short: no downgrade exists; only upgrades and a second house slot later.
