Look for the shelf plaque or section label above each row: in this game, a blue-lit section means everything on that shelf is correct, while a dark or unlit one means something in that section is wrong.

A quick way to narrow it down is:

  1. Find the shelf sections that are not blue-lit.
  2. Recheck only those rows for a mismatched book, reversed number order, or a book in the wrong category.
  3. If the shelf count changes when you remove and replace one book, that shelf is the problem; if it stays the same, keep moving to the next unlit shelf.

If you want the fastest method, use the glow state first, then inspect only the dark sections instead of scanning the whole library.

Why the counter can be misleading
