You can change your Roblox age group by updating your birthday in Account Info and then completing Roblox’s verification flow if it appears. Roblox’s help page says to open Account Info , click the pencil icon next to your birthday, enter the correct date, and follow the prompts.

Steps

  1. Open Roblox and go to Settings.
  2. Open Account Info.
  3. Find your birthday and click the edit/pencil option.
  4. Enter your correct birthday.
  5. Complete any age verification prompt Roblox shows, such as ID or camera/selfie verification.

Important note

If Roblox has already age-verified your account, you may not be able to change it again without going through Roblox’s reset or support process. Some guides also note that the reset option may only be available once.

On mobile or PC

The path is basically the same, but the menu label can differ a little:

  • On web/PC, use the gear icon to reach Settings.
  • On mobile, tap More , then Settings , then Account Info.

Safety tip

Use your real birthday and only use Roblox’s official verification steps. Avoid third-party “age change” tricks, because they can put your account at risk.
