To equip jutsu in Ryuken Revamped on Roblox, open the menu with M , go to Skill Tree or Elements , pick the jutsu/element you want, then click Unlock and Equip. After that, assign it to the slot shown, close the menu, and press the corresponding key to use it.

Common issue

If the jutsu does not work right away, make sure it is actually equipped in a slot and not just unlocked. In the examples found, players had to both unlock it and bind it to a usable key before it could be cast.

Extra note

Some Ryuken guides also mention using weapon slots separately from jutsu, so if you are trying to equip a weapon instead, that usually goes through the shuriken or weapon icon rather than the jutsu tree.
