Forza Horizon 6 doesn’t appear to let you “search” for any random player on the open map; the reliable way to find someone is through the **Social/Online** menu, recent players, followed players, or by joining the same convoy.How to find them
- Open the pause menu.
- Go to Online.
- Open Social or Players/Friends.
- Check Recent Players if you just raced with them.
- Check Following if you already followed them.
- If you want to meet up, start or join a Convoy so both of you appear together in the same group.
Fastest options
- Recent Players: best if you met them in a race or lobby recently.
- Xbox Gamertag search: best if you know their exact name and want to add or invite them.
- Convoy invite: best if you want to play together right away.
If they do not show up
- Make sure online play and crossplay are enabled.
- If you are on Xbox, check that your account can access multiplayer.
- Some players only appear in convoy or social lists, not directly on the world map.
Practical example
If you just finished a race with someone, open Online > Social > Recent Players, select their profile, and then invite them to a convoy or view their gamertag. That is usually the quickest path.
