Quick Scoop

To find Roblox IDs in the F9 console, open the in-game developer console with F9 on PC, then go to the Memory tab and look under Sounds or related asset lists. Players commonly use this to spot audio IDs, and on mobile/tablet the equivalent is often /console instead of F9.

How it works

  1. Join the Roblox game you want to inspect.
  2. Press F9 to open the developer console, or type /console on mobile/tablet.
  1. Switch to the Memory tab.
  2. Expand Sounds and look through the listed IDs.
  1. Try the IDs in Roblox’s asset format to see which one matches the sound you want.

What to expect

The F9 console is mainly for debugging, so it may show lots of entries, not just one clean ID. In some games, people report having to scroll through many items because there can be hundreds of listed assets.

Useful note

If you meant your user ID rather than an audio or asset ID, that’s usually found in your profile URL or by checking game.Players.LocalPlayer.UserId in the console, not by browsing the Memory tab.

TL;DR

For most Roblox ID lookups in F9, open the console, go to Memory , expand Sounds , and inspect the IDs there; use /console on mobile if needed.
