How to make it again

- Use a furnace with a silver bar, mithril bar, and sapphire to make the Silvthrill rod , then cast level 1 enchant on it.
- Bring a rope and use the Silvthrill rod on the well at Paterdomus / the River Salve area to convert it into the Rod of Ivandis.
If you lost the old one
- Players report that you can talk to the relevant Myreque NPC again with the needed components in your inventory to make another one.
- If you are past the quest step, the safest route is simply to recreate it from scratch using the same materials and steps.
