How to get into the trash in CANVA

Open Canva, go to the main menu on the home screen, and tap or click Trash near the bottom of the sidebar. Deleted designs, images, and videos usually stay there for about 30 days before being permanently removed.

Quick Scoop

Open Canva and make sure you’re logged into the correct account.
On the home screen, open the menu icon.
Scroll down to Trash.
Select an item to Restore it or Delete permanently it.

Mobile vs Desktop

On desktop, Trash is found in the left sidebar menu on the home page. On mobile, it’s also inside the main menu, usually near the bottom after you tap the menu icon.

What You Can Do There

Inside Trash, you can recover deleted work or permanently remove it. Canva keeps deleted items temporarily, which gives you time to bring something back if you deleted it by mistake.
