You can hide it by turning off Discord’s activity status. Open User Settings , go to Activity Privacy , and switch off “Display current activity as a status message” or “Share your detected activities with others.”

Steps

  1. Open Discord and click the gear icon near your username.
  1. Select Activity Privacy under Activity Settings.
  1. Turn off the toggle for current activity or detected activities.
  1. Close settings, and your game should no longer appear as “Now Playing.”

Extra privacy

If you only want to hide specific games, check Registered Games and remove or disable detection for that game.

If your game is tied to connected accounts like PlayStation or Xbox, you may also need to turn off the option that shows those connections as your status.

TL;DR

Disable activity sharing in Discord’s privacy settings, and your game activity stops showing up.
