  • Go to the Tangled Shore claim point (the area with Spider).
  • Enter Spider’s main room (second floor area where he sits).
  • Face the wall directly opposite Spider.
  • You’ll see three windows with the three Syndicate logos.
  • Your active Syndicate’s window will show a “collect shipment” marker when you’re close.
  • Interact with the boxes on the tables or the small dispenser under the window.

Common pitfalls

  • Switching Syndicates before collecting : If you change allegiance before picking up, you must earn the shipment again for that week for the new Syndicate.
  • Not close enough : The prompt is finicky; you often need to walk right up to the boxes/machine under the window to see the “collect” option.
  • Character-specific : Shipments are not account-wide ; you must do contracts and collect on the character that earned them.
  • Waiting too long : If you wait multiple weeks without collecting, previous shipments may expire or reset; they’re meant to be claimed shortly after the weekly reset.

Troubleshooting if it’s not showing

  • Make sure you completed Priority Contracts for your current Syndicate last week.
  • Log out and back in, or switch characters and return to Spider’s room.
  • Check that you’re on the correct character that did the contracts.
