You generally can’t sell a Roblox Limited item without the required two- step/security setup. Roblox’s support says reselling Limited and Limited U items requires a membership, and users report that the authenticator / 2-step prompt is not bypassable.
What you need
- Roblox Premium membership.
- An item that is actually marked as Limited or Limited U.
- Two-step verification / authenticator enabled before the sale action will go through.
Legit options
- Turn on 2-step verification or an authenticator, then list the item normally.
- If the item is not Limited, you cannot resell it as a marketplace item.
- If you’re trying to sell something you created, Roblox treats that differently from reselling a Limited item.
Important
Trying to bypass the security prompt is not a supported path, and the sources I found consistently say there is no workaround.
