Press Left Alt to toggle shift lock in Devil’s Heart; some guides also mention Shift as the run key, so the main shift-lock toggle is Alt.

Quick steps

  1. Enter the game.
  2. Press Left Alt.
  3. Your camera should lock in a more combat-friendly view.
  4. Press Left Alt again to turn it off.
