Press Shift in Southwest Florida on Roblox PC to enable shift lock if the game has it on, or use the in-game driving controls for shifting if you’re in a manual car. In SWFL, the default driving controls are usually E = upshift and Q = downshift for semi/auto, while manual mode uses Shift as the clutch with E to shift up.

PC controls

  • Open the Roblox/SWFL settings and make sure Shift Lock Switch is turned on if you want camera shift lock.
  • While driving a car, use E to shift up and Q to shift down in semi/auto.
  • In manual mode, hold Shift for the clutch, then press E to shift up.

If it does not work

  • Make sure you are using a vehicle that supports manual or semi-auto shifting.
  • Check that the game settings have shift lock enabled before trying the Shift key.
  • If you’re on mobile, manual shifting may not be available the same way as on PC.
