To turn off Claude auto-renew, open Claude and go to your account settings, then Billing, and choose the cancel option for your paid plan. Claude’s help center says you should cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged again.

Web or desktop

If you subscribed on the web or in Claude Desktop, click your initials or name in the lower-left corner, open Settings , then go to Billing and click Cancel. After that, follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.

iPhone

If you subscribed on iOS, open Claude, tap your initials in the top right, go to Billing , then choose Manage subscription and complete the cancellation flow.

Android

If you subscribed on Android, open Claude, tap your initials in the top right, go to Billing , then select Manage subscription and follow the prompts.

Important note

If you signed up through Apple or Google Play instead of directly through Claude, you may need to cancel in the App Store or Google Play subscriptions page rather than inside Claude itself.
