  1. Spawn a boat and travel to the Statue of Sovereignty.
  1. Enter the mines at the statue and speak to the miner.
  1. Buy the elevator token for 400 C$.
  1. Use the elevator to go down into the underground area.
  1. After exiting the elevator, turn left and walk to the Keepers Altar area.
  1. Buy the King’s Rod for 100,000 C$.

What To Bring

You only need cash and access to the Statue of Sovereignty route; the rod itself is a direct purchase once you reach the altar area. One guide also notes the rod can be equipped from your equipment bag after buying it.
