To upgrade swords in Sailor Piece , go to Shibuya Station and talk to the Blessing NPC on the left side of the portal. Open the blessing menu, pick the sword you want, and use the required materials to bless it; you can keep repeating the process up to B10.

How it works

  1. Travel to Shibuya Station.
  1. Find the Blessing NPC wearing a white top and black pants, just left of the portal.
  1. Interact with the NPC to open the blessing window.
  1. Click the + icon to show your weapons.
  1. Select the sword you want to upgrade.
  1. If you have the needed ingredients, the Bless button appears, and you can press it.

What to know

  • This system also applies to fighting styles , not just swords.
  • The sword upgrade path can be repeated multiple times until B10.
  • If the button does not appear, you likely do not have enough required items in your inventory.

Useful note

Some community guides also describe “sword progression” separately from blessing, meaning getting stronger swords by unlocking or buying new ones at different islands, not just upgrading the same weapon. A common progression guide lists swords like Katana, Dark Blade, Saber, Aizen, Rimuru, Shadow Monarch, and True Aizen.
