To use a DoorDash gift card, open the DoorDash app or website, go to your account or payment section, choose Gift Card, enter the code, and redeem it. The balance is then added to your DoorDash account and can be checked under your payment or credits area.

How It Works

  • Open the DoorDash app or sign in on the website.
  • Go to your account menu or payment settings.
  • Select Gift Card or Redeem Gift Card.
  • Enter the gift card code exactly as shown.
  • Tap or click Redeem.

After redemption, the gift card value should appear as DoorDash credits or balance in your account.

Important Note

DoorDash gift cards are for DoorDash credit, not restaurant-specific gift cards. If you have a regular Visa or Mastercard gift card, that is different and may need to be added as a payment method instead.

Tip

If the balance does not show up right away, refresh the app or check the payment section again. If the code still fails, make sure it was entered correctly and that the card is an actual DoorDash gift card.
