Open the Facebook app or website, go to your profile, then open Activity Log and filter for Comments. That will show the comments you’ve made, and from there you can usually view, edit, or delete them.

Mobile steps

  1. Open Facebook and go to your profile.
  2. Tap the three dots near your profile options.
  3. Select Activity Log.
  4. Open Your Facebook Activity or Interactions.
  5. Tap Comments to see your comment history.

Desktop steps

  1. Click your profile picture.
  2. Go to Settings & Privacy.
  3. Open Activity Log.
  4. Filter by Comments or related activity categories.

Useful tip

If you only want a recent comment, check your notifications first; for older comments, the Activity Log is the most reliable place to find them.
