Zepbound KwikPens come in 6 strengths: 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 7.5 mg, 10 mg, 12.5 mg, and 15 mg. Each KwikPen contains 4 fixed weekly doses and is a multi-dose prefilled pen.

Quick note

The 2.5 mg dose is generally used to start treatment, while higher doses are used as maintenance doses depending on response and tolerability.
