Allegra tablet is used to relieve allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny or itchy nose, watery or itchy eyes, and sometimes hives. It contains fexofenadine, an antihistamine that helps block histamine, the chemical that triggers allergy symptoms.

  • Hives and skin itching in some people.

What it does
