The plot of The Three Little Pigs is simple: three pigs leave home and each builds a house, but only the one with the brick house can withstand the Big Bad Wolf. The wolf blows down the straw and stick houses, chases the first two pigs to the brick house, and is finally defeated there.

Story setup
