You need to be level 300 to get Observation Haki (Instinct) in Blox Fruits, and you also need to beat the Saber Expert and pay 750,000 Beli. That’s the usual requirement for the first version of Observation Haki.

  • Level 300 minimum.
  • Defeat the Saber Expert in the Jungle.
  • Have 750,000 Beli.

Where to get it

Go to the Instinct Teacher in Upper Skylands in the First Sea once you meet the requirements.

Extra note

If you meant Observation Haki V2 , that one needs much higher progress: level 1800+, 5,000 dodges, Musketeer Hat, and 5,000,000 Beli.
