Season 6 of Peaky Blinders was originally due to start filming in March 2020 but was shut down almost immediately due to the Covid‑19 pandemic. After delays, filming properly took place in early–mid 2021, with location shoots such as Portsoy in Scotland occurring around February 2021 and other UK locations (Manchester, Liverpool, Cheshire, Lancashire and more) used through the rest of that production window.

  • Actual filming: mostly during 2021 across multiple UK locations.
