Mushrooms in ARC Raiders are a Nature resource that mainly spawn on trees, pipes, and in damp, shadowy areas, with the best farming spots on Dam Battlegrounds and Spaceport.

Main mushroom locations

1. Dam Battlegrounds (Hydroponic Dome route)

This is one of the most reliable maps for mushrooms.

Focus on:

  • Hydroponic Dome Complex :
    • Inside the dome buildings, especially around pipes where water collects and in small planters and tubs.
* Mushrooms can also sit low to the ground in darker corners, so sweep your flashlight around carefully.
  • Southern forest / woods west side of the map:
    • Check tree trunks, roots, and bases of trees along the river and in the denser woods.
* They can be partially hidden by bushes or grass, so move slowly and scan the trunks.

This route is good if you’re already running Dam Battlegrounds for general loot; mushrooms are just another “layer” to pick up on the way.

2. Spaceport (tree spawns in the trenches)

Spaceport is the other top map for mushroom farming.

Key areas:

  • The Trenches (between East and West Container Yards) :
    • Search the line of trees running between East Container Yard, West Container Yard, and around Little Hangar.
* Mushrooms commonly grow on the sides of these tree trunks and roots.
  • Popular guaranteed-style spawn shared by players :
    • In the trench just beneath Hangar, near a rusty rocket booster–like object, there’s a tree that can spawn 3–4 mushrooms by default and up to 6 during the Lush Blooms modifier.
* This is a favorite “in-and-out” farming spot because you can hit the tree, grab several mushrooms, then extract quickly.

If you just want fast mushrooms with low wandering, running Spaceport and beelining to that trench tree is often the most efficient approach.

Other notable spots

  • Water Treatment Control (Dam Battlegrounds) :
    • Mushrooms can appear on pipes on the upper floors, especially where condensation and water build up.
* It’s a compact area, so it’s worth a quick check when your route passes nearby.
  • Misc. Nature areas / forests on other maps :
    • Mushrooms may spawn on tree trunks, fallen logs, or near roots in shaded forest sections even when the area is not explicitly tagged as Nature on the map.
* They’re much less consistent than Dam Battlegrounds and Spaceport, so use these as bonus pickups rather than your main farm.

How mushrooms spawn and what to look for

  • Object types :
    • On the sides of trees and roots.
* On or near pipes, especially in damp areas like Hydroponic Dome and Water Treatment Control.

* Occasionally on the ground under bushes or in wicker baskets that can appear during events.
  • Event modifiers :
    • Mushrooms are classed as Nature items, and the Lush Blooms map modifier increases the spawn rate of Nature resources in general.
* During Lush Blooms, it’s easier to fill your backpack quickly, especially on Spaceport and Dam Battlegrounds.

Practical farming loop example

  1. Queue into Spaceport when Lush Blooms is active.
  1. Drop straight toward The Trench beneath Hangar.
  2. Hit the known mushroom tree near the rusty booster for 3–6 mushrooms.
  1. Sweep the nearby trees in the trench between East and West Container Yards for extra spawns.
  1. Extract as soon as your route passes a safe lift.

If you prefer Dam Battlegrounds, mirror that idea by looping Hydroponic Dome interiors, then the nearby forest and riverside trees, and extracting once your bag feels worth banking.
