where do I check delta credits on my account on delta.com
You can usually check Delta credits by signing in at Delta.com, then going to My Delta and opening My Wallet or Credits & Certificates. Delta also has an official eCredit page that points you to the lookup and redemption flow for certificates, eCredits, and gift cards.
Where to look
- Log in to your Delta account on Delta.com.
- Open My Delta.
- Select My Wallet.
- Choose Credits & Certificates to see available credits and certificates.
If you do not see them
- Make sure you are logged into the same SkyMiles account used for the original booking.
- Check your confirmation email for the eCredit details.
- Use Delta’s eCredit lookup/redemption page if the credit was not automatically tied to your profile.
