Roblox purchase requests usually go to the account’s Robux purchase flow or, if a child account uses family approval, to the parent/guardian’s approval area or notifications. Roblox’s support also says a “Request Robux” action creates a shareable link or QR code, and the gift is added to the recipient’s balance once completed.

Where they show up

  • For normal Robux purchases: the purchase is handled inside Roblox’s buy flow, and the Robux should appear in the account balance after payment completes.
  • For request-based Robux gifts: the requester gets a link or QR code to share, and Roblox sends a stream notification when the gift is received.
  • For family approval / Ask to Buy style requests: the approval can appear in the parent/guardian’s notifications or family purchase approval area, depending on the device and setup.

If you’re not seeing it

  • Check the Robux balance on the correct account.
  • If it’s a family approval request, check the parent’s notification center and family settings.
  • If it’s a gifted Robux request, make sure you used the Request Robux page on desktop or web.

Roblox support angle

Roblox’s help center groups these issues under payments, gift cards, subscriptions, and Robux questions, so that’s the right support category for missing purchase requests.
