The bug report for Roblox is usually on the Roblox Developer Forum under the Bug Reports section, and Roblox also says you can use their official help form and select Bug Report if you can’t post there.

  • Help form: Roblox’s support article says to contact them through the form and choose Bug Report as the help category if you’re unable to post on DevForum.

For a Mega Heist bug

If the bug is inside the Mega Heist experience, report it with the exact game name, what happened, when it happened, and any screenshot or log you have. Roblox recommends being specific so they can reproduce the issue more easily.

What to include

  • Exact place in the game where the bug happens.
  • What you did right before it happened.
  • What you expected to happen versus what actually happened.
  • Screenshot, video, or logs if available.

If you mean the bug report location inside Mega Heist itself , there usually isn’t a separate in-game bug report button unless the developer added one; the standard route is Roblox’s bug reporting channels above.
