  • Go to the Hub.
  • Head to the Wizard Tower.
  • Elise is located there, with wiki coordinates listed as 44.5, 77, 100.5.

Quick note

Some older or mixed sources can be confusing because SkyBlock has had NPC and hub changes over time, but the current reference I found still places Elise at the Wizard Tower.
