The App Store on an iPhone 16 is usually on the Home Screen, or you can find it by swiping down and searching for “App Store.” If it’s missing, check the App Library, any folders, or Screen Time restrictions that may be hiding it.

Where to look

  • Home Screen: look for the blue App Store icon.
  • Search: swipe down from the middle of the screen and type “App Store.”
  • App Library: swipe left past your last Home Screen page and search there.

If it is missing

  • Check Screen Time restrictions: go to Settings, then Screen Time, then Content & Privacy Restrictions, then iTunes & App Store Purchases, and make sure installing apps is allowed.
  • Look inside folders or other Home Screen pages.
  • Restart the iPhone and update iOS if needed.

Using it
