The items you need in the Githyanki Creche for the Blood of Lathander puzzle are the ceremonial weapons used to open the Rosymorn Monastery route. One of them is already on a pedestal; the other three are the ones you have to find and place correctly.
Where each item is
- Ceremonial Battleaxe : in the southeast side of the Creche area, in the room with the Kobolds.
- Ceremonial Longsword : in the Eagle’s Nest above the monastery.
- Ceremonial Mace : carried by a Kobold enemy in the small room near the Creche.
- Ceremonial Warhammer : already on one of the pedestals, so you do not need to hunt for it.
How it works
Put the ceremonial weapons on the matching pedestals in the Rosymorn Monastery puzzle room to reveal the Dawnmaster’s Crest. That crest is the key item that lets you safely claim the Blood of Lathander later in the Daybreak Chamber.
Fast route
- Enter Rosymorn Monastery and reach the stained-glass puzzle area.
- Collect the missing ceremonial weapons around the Creche and nearby monastery rooms.
- Place all four weapons on the pedestals to open the secret compartment and get the Dawnmaster’s Crest.
- Use that crest when you reach the Blood of Lathander chamber so the weapon does not trigger the full trap sequence.
One useful detail
The actual Blood of Lathander is not inside the first Creche room itself; it is deeper in the monastery path after the Creche puzzle and the later barrier/statue section.
