To find Giovanni in Pokémon GO, you need a Super Rocket Radar. You get one by completing Team GO Rocket Special Research and defeating the Rocket Leaders first.

  • Use those to build a Rocket Radar and beat Arlo, Cliff, and Sierra.
  • After beating the three Leaders, you earn a Super Rocket Radar.
  • Equip it, then check suspicious Rocket PokéStops or Rocket Balloons until you find the real Giovanni.
