Gohr’s Devastating Grips can drop randomly from enemies, chests, and open- world loot, but the most reliable target-farm source mentioned in current guides is Grigoire, the Galvanic Saint in Diablo 4 Season 14. Helltide chests, Nightmare Dungeons, World Events, and boss farming can also help, but Grigoire is the main boss to run for them right now.

Best farming spots

  • Grigoire, the Galvanic Saint. Current guides point to him as the best targeted source for Gohr’s Devastating Grips.
  • Helltide chests. These can drop the gloves too, so opening glove-related chests during Helltides is a solid backup.
  • Open-world and endgame activities. Enemy drops, World Bosses, Gathering Legions, and Nightmare Dungeons can all roll uniques, including these gloves.

What to do

  1. Farm Grigoire repeatedly for the best odds.
  1. Run Helltides and open as many relevant chests as possible.
  1. Keep doing Nightmare Dungeons and other endgame events for extra chances at unique loot.

Season 14 note

A lot of older Diablo 4 posts still mention different bosses, but the newer season-focused guides I found point away from those older tables and toward Grigoire as the current target-farm choice. That makes season-specific farming advice more useful than outdated legacy guides.
