The Disruptor Spear in Crimson Desert is reportedly found in the Gorthak/Delesyia area, on a weapon stand under a tent on the left side of the camp. After Chapter 10 is cleared, the area becomes safe enough to grab it easily; if you go earlier, expect heavy enemy resistance.

  • Go to Delesyia , north of Gorthak and west of Gunlore Outpost.
  • Look for a tent with supplies/weapons and check the weapon stand inside.
  • Pick it up while out of combat to avoid issues.
  • If you want the permanent crafted version , you also need to progress through the relevant faction quests and blueprint unlocks later in the story.

Extra note

Some guides describe the item as available early , but they also say the zone is hostile until later story progress. So the practical answer is: the spear is at that location, but the easiest time to get it is after main-story progress through Chapter 10.
