Drew McIntyre has held the WWE Championship by defeating two different opponents in his first two reigns:

  • For his first WWE Championship , he defeated Brock Lesnar in the main event of Night 2 of WrestleMania 36 in 2020.
  • For his second WWE Championship , he defeated Randy Orton on the November 16, 2020 episode of Raw to win the title back.

More recently, he also won the Undisputed WWE Championship from Cody Rhodes in a Three Stages of Hell match on SmackDown in January 2026.
