The final boss of Bubble Bobble for the Nintendo Entertainment System is Super Drunk , a huge, powered-up version of the “drunk” enemies that throws bottles and acts as the game’s single major boss.

In the NES manual, this boss is also referred to by the name Grumple Grommit , but players and fan communities almost universally call him Super Drunk.
