The E! Entertainment Television cable channel (often just called the E! network) is owned by Versant, after being spun out of NBCUniversal’s cable division in 2026.

Historically, E! was fully owned and operated by Comcast through NBCUniversal, which itself has been a wholly owned subsidiary of Comcast since 2013.
