As of the latest updates I found, the teams already knocked out of the 2026 World Cup are:

  • Haiti
  • Turkey
  • Tunisia
  • Jordan
  • Panama

BBC Sport reported these five as the countries already eliminated after the early group-stage matches, with more teams still to be decided as the group phase finishes.

A few other outlets also note the knockout rounds are now underway, so the list keeps changing quickly as matches finish.

What that means

The group stage still determines several more eliminations, because 16 teams in total will be sent home before the round of 32 is set.

In other words, this is only the current list, not the final one.
