Bart Starr, the quarterback of the Green Bay Packers, was the MVP of Super Bowl I.

He completed 16 of 23 passes for 250 yards and two touchdowns in that game, leading Green Bay to victory and earning the very first Super Bowl MVP award in NFL history.
