The winner of Survivor: Exile Island (officially titled Survivor: Panama — Exile Island, Season 12) was Aras Baskauskas, who defeated Danielle DiLorenzo in a 5–2 jury vote to become the Sole Survivor.

He reached the Final Two with Danielle after she won the final immunity challenge and chose to vote out Terry Deitz, who was seen as a bigger jury threat. At the Final Tribal Council, the jury delivered mixed critiques to both finalists, but Aras secured the million-dollar prize and the title with a clear majority of the votes.
