“Raindrops Keep Fallin’ on My Head” was written by the songwriting duo Burt Bacharach (music) and Hal David (lyrics).

They composed it in 1969 for the film Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid , where it was famously performed by B. J. Thomas.
