How to Submit a Notice
Please send your DMCA takedown notice via our Contact Us form with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request" or by email to the designated copyright agent listed below.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. The counter-notification must include:
- Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
- Your physical or electronic signature
Response Time
We will respond to valid DMCA notices within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 2-3 business days. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the material
- Take appropriate action if repeat infringement is detected
Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
Misrepresentation
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or was removed by mistake may be liable for damages. Please ensure your DMCA notice is accurate and truthful.
