To add sockets in Diablo 4, go to a Jeweler in any major town and choose the Add Socket option. You’ll need the item itself, some gold, and a Scattered Prism ; you also need to be at least level 20 for the feature to unlock.

Getting Scattered Prisms

Scattered Prisms are the bottleneck. They commonly come from World Bosses , and some guides also note they can drop from Treasure Goblins or from salvaging certain high-end gear.
