To get to Ver Sinhaza in OSRS, the fastest method is to use Drakan’s medallion after completing A Taste of Hope ; it teleports you directly there.

Other routes

  • Slepe route: Pay Andras 10,000 coins in Port Phasmatys to go to Slepe, then run south.
  • Ectophial route: Use an Ectophial to reach the Ectofuntus, then run south.
  • Boat route: Travel from Burgh de Rott and take the boat to Meiyerditch, then continue to Ver Sinhaza.

Best option

If you already have it, the Drakan’s medallion is the best choice because it gives unlimited teleports straight to Ver Sinhaza.

Quick note

Ver Sinhaza is the castle in southern Meiyerditch, and it is also the location above the Theatre of Blood.
