You redeem Pokémon TCG Pocket gift codes on the official gift redemption website, not inside the app. You need your Support ID and the gift code, then the reward shows up in your in- game Gifts screen after a short wait.

How to redeem

  1. Open Pokémon TCG Pocket and find your Support ID in the menu/profile area.
  1. Go to the official gift code redemption page in your browser.
  1. Enter your Support ID and the gift code exactly as shown.
  1. Submit the code, then check your in-game Gifts inbox for the reward.

Important notes

  • Codes can’t be redeemed directly inside the app.
  • If the gift does not appear right away, wait a bit and check again.
  • If you already claimed it, look in the Claimed tab under Gifts.
  • If a code fails, the most common issues are an incorrect Support ID or mistyped code.

Where to find Support ID

Your Support ID is shown in the game’s menu/profile area, and guides note it’s usually in the top-right or top area depending on the screen layout. On mobile, copying it directly is the safest way to avoid typos.

One caution

There are many posts listing “working codes,” but availability changes fast and some lists can be outdated. The safest method is to redeem only codes from official Pokémon promotions or current trusted announcements.
