That same guide says Gunther is found around the Bus Station in Karakura, not necessarily inside Soul Society itself.

Important note

If you meant “sell stuff” as in Robux marketplace selling , that is separate from Peroxide gameplay and only applies to Roblox Limited items. If you meant in-game Peroxide selling, the trade hub and NPC sell paths are the relevant ones.
